Microsoft PowerPoint is one of Microsoft's Apps, next to
Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, many times are already known.
These three apps are commonly called Microsoft Office. Basically, a
Microsoft PowerPoint application helps the user present the presentation. The
application provided a sliding facility to accommodate the main points of the
discussion contributed to the audience. With animation facilities, the
split, push and wipe transition, a slide can be modified beautifully. As
well as facilities: the fonts, sound, and effect can be used to make a better
slide. We can also use page set up to organize pages and alignment to
tidy up writing. Then we can apply the background to the
PowerPoint. If this situation can be presented, we can draw the audiences'
attention to what we want to say.
Each piece of
presentation of the material is called the slide. For the currently
built slides to be attractive, it is better to make the point that needs
to be included on the slide in general. It is followed by sub-points from each
existing point and complete to the picture, the slide's caricature. Do
not forget to give the bullet, the font, and the color excited at the essential
point to be the center of attention. By following these stages, our goal of
presenting the critical topic can effectively be appreciated by the audience.
